*Note: Note these rates are only applicable to delegates who will have student status in September 2007 or have reached the age of 65 by 19th September, 2007. A letter verifying student status must be signed by either a supervisor or head of department and sent to the conference secretariat. A copy of a passport or driving licence verifying the delegate’s age must be produced at the conference for people aged 65 or over.

PhD Student sponsorship

We are pleased to offer 10 PhD students the opportunity to have their conference fees covered, thanks to sponsorship from the Forestry Commission.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be sent in writing or e-mailed to the Conference Secretariat openspace@eca.ac.uk

Registration Fees

Cancellations received on or before 17th August, 2007: An administration fee of £75 will be deducted from any refund issued.

Cancellations received after 17th August, 2007: No refunds will be issued.

 

Insurance

The organisers do not accept any responsibility for individual medical, travel or personal insurance. Delegates are strongly advised to have their own travel insurance policies.
